In one line: our apps are free to use, provided as-is with no warranty, store your data only on your device, and you remain responsible for the information you enter about other people.
Who these terms are with
These terms form an agreement between you and SUMON ENTERPRISE, trading as Sumon Enterprise, of Momin Road, Kadam Mubarak By Lane, Kotwali, Chattogram 4000, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). By installing or using one of our apps you accept them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on devices you control, free of charge, for personal or organisational use. You may not sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the apps, or attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer or extract their source code except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Distribution
Our apps are distributed exclusively through Google Play from our verified developer account. Copies obtained from any other source are not ours, are not supported, and may have been modified. Your use of Google Play is additionally governed by Google's own terms.
Your content and your responsibilities
Everything you enter — squads, players, fixtures, attendance, notes — is your content and is stored only on your device. We never receive it, so we cannot access, restore or delete it for you.
Where you record information about other people (for example the names of young players), you are the party responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for handling that information appropriately under the rules of your club, league or jurisdiction. You are also responsible for keeping your own backups; uninstalling the app deletes its data permanently.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to break the law, to store unlawful content, or to interfere with the app's security or integrity. We may stop distributing an app or withdraw a version at any time.
No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, timing or statistic it produces is free of defects. Nothing here excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, loss of records, or any decision made in reliance on figures shown by an app. Because our apps are supplied free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero.
Intellectual property
The apps, their names, logos, designs and code remain the property of SUMON ENTERPRISE. "Rotably" and the Sumon Enterprise marks may not be used without our written permission. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Privacy
Our apps collect no data. The full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as our apps change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date, and material changes are noted in app release notes. Continuing to use an app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
