Hireyard collects no data. There is no account, no server and no analytics. Everything you enter — stock, hires, customers, money — is stored on your own device. The app makes exactly one network request in its whole lifetime: fetching this page when you open Settings → Privacy policy.
Hireyard is published by SUMON ENTERPRISE, an organization registered at Momin Road Kadam Mubarak By Lane Kotwali Chittagong Gpo Kotwali, Chattogram, Bangladesh. SUMON ENTERPRISE is the developer named on the Google Play store listing for this app and is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

None. SUMON ENTERPRISE does not collect, receive, transmit or store any personal or sensitive user data from Hireyard. We operate no backend service for this app, so there is nowhere for your data to arrive.
Specifically, the app collects no name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, installed app list, or usage analytics.
Hireyard is a record book, so it stores what you type into it — on the device, and only on the device:
This information stays in the app's private storage area on your device. It is not synchronised, uploaded or shared by the app.
Nobody. No third party receives data from this app. There are no advertising networks, no analytics providers, no crash-reporting services and no cloud storage integrations. The app contains no third-party SDKs at all.
If you use the app's export or share function, you choose the destination — an email, a messaging app, a file manager. That transfer is yours, not ours, and the receiving app's own privacy policy applies to it.
Records are held in a local database in the app's private storage, which the Android operating system isolates from other apps. Within that database, the customer and contract records — the ones containing names, phone numbers, addresses and money — are encrypted at rest with AES-256. The encryption key is generated on the device on first run and kept in the Android Keystore-backed secure storage; it never leaves the device and we never see it.
Your records are kept until you delete them. Because we hold no copy, deletion is entirely in your hands:
Backup files you have exported are ordinary files on your device or wherever you sent them, and are yours to delete.
There are none. Hireyard has no sign-up, no sign-in, no password and no profile. You cannot create an account with us, and we cannot identify you.
Hireyard is a business tool intended for adults who operate hire and rental businesses. It is not directed at children, is not designed for families, and contains no content aimed at children. Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children — knowingly or otherwise. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting nothing.
Since your data never leaves your device, the rights of access, correction, export, restriction and erasure are exercised directly in the app rather than by writing to us: read and edit any record on its own screen, export everything as JSON or CSV from Settings, and erase everything with Settings → Clear all data. We cannot access, produce, correct or delete your records on your behalf, because we do not have them.
The app integrates none. The only external party involved in your use of Hireyard is Google Play, which distributes the app and applies Google's own privacy policy to the download and update process. That is outside our control and unrelated to what happens inside the app.

Google Play requires that a privacy policy be reachable at a public URL and be linked from inside the app. That requirement is the entire reason this app declares INTERNET.
In the Play Console Data safety form, Hireyard is declared as collecting no data and sharing no data. That declaration is accurate even though the app computes insights, streaks and exports: all of it is calculated on the device from records you entered there, and none of it is transmitted anywhere.
If this policy changes, the revised version is published at this same URL and the "last updated" date above changes with it. Because the app loads this page live, you always see the current version. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.

Data controller. SUMON ENTERPRISE, of Momin Road Kadam Mubarak By Lane Kotwali Chittagong Gpo Kotwali, Chattogram, Bangladesh, is the data controller in respect of this app. There is no joint controller and no processor, because no personal data is processed off your device.
GDPR (EU/EEA and UK). As no personal data is collected, transmitted or processed by us, there is no processing for which a lawful basis under Article 6 is required. Data-subject rights under Articles 15–22 are satisfied in the app, as described in section 9.
CCPA/CPRA (California). We do not collect personal information, do not sell or share personal information, and do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of, and no financial incentive is offered.
Other jurisdictions. Because processing happens entirely on your own device, equivalent obligations under other data-protection regimes are met by the same fact: we hold none of your data.
