Our apps are published on Google Play by SUMON ENTERPRISE, trading as Sumon Enterprise, a registered organization and the developer of record for the Google Play account under which they are distributed.

Data collection
We collect no data at all. Our apps do not gather personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers or location data. Nothing you type into an app of ours is transmitted anywhere.
How your data is used
The content you create — squads, players, fixtures, attendance, minutes, notes and settings — is stored and processed entirely on your device so the app can show your schedule, calculate minutes and produce your season statistics. It is never uploaded, profiled or used for advertising.
Data sharing
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. No data is sold, rented, disclosed to third parties or transferred to any server. If you use the export or share feature, you choose the destination (for example an email or a messaging app) and that transfer happens outside the app, under your control.
Data security
Records are stored in a local Hive database in the app's private storage area. Sensitive values — private player notes and app settings — are additionally protected with AES encryption via HiveAesCipher and Android's flutter_secure_storage keystore-backed storage. Because there is no network component, there is no transmission to intercept.
Data retention
Your data is kept until you delete it. You can remove individual players and fixtures at any time, wipe everything with Settings → Clear all data, or uninstall the app, which deletes its entire local database.
No user accounts
Our apps have no sign-up, no login, no email address collection and no cloud profile. They are fully usable the moment they are installed.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Rotably is a tool for coaches and team managers and is not directed to children. Because the app collects no data from anyone — of any age — no personal information from children under 13 is ever gathered, stored remotely or disclosed. Any player names a coach records are stored only on that coach's own device.
Your rights
You have complete control of your data at all times:
- Access & portability — export everything as JSON or CSV from Settings.
- Rectification — edit any player, fixture or record in the app.
- Erasure — Settings → Clear all data, or uninstall the app.
No request to us is required, because we never receive your data in the first place. If you would like to raise a privacy question anyway, write to hello@sumonenterprise.shop.
No third-party services
Our apps integrate no analytics SDK, no advertising network, no crash-reporting service, no social login and no cloud backend. Their libraries (local database, charts, routing) run entirely on-device.
Permissions
Rotably requests a single Android permission: INTERNET. It is used only to display this privacy policy page inside the app's Settings screen. No other permission — camera, location, contacts, storage, notifications — is requested, and no app feature uses the network.
Google Play Data Safety
Our Play Console Data Safety declaration states: no data collected and no data shared. Insights, streaks, achievements and exports are all computed on-device, so this remains accurate for every feature in the app.
